Mr. David Flitman is CEO of Safepoint Insurance Company, an admitted property and casualty insurance located in Tampa. After starting his career in 1992 as an actuary, he joined XL Reinsurance America as Assistant Vice President. Mr. Flitman joined ACE Tempest RE as Chief Actuary and Senior Vice President in Bermuda. Since then, Mr. Flitman has served as the CEO of Safepoint for over 9 years.
