Mr. Patel is the President and CEO of Onicx Group, a full-service real estate company with development, construction and property management divisions. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate development and construction and is responsible for the vision and growth of Onicx. He received his Bachelor of  Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida School of Architecture. He was named Businessman of the Year by the Tampa Indo-Us Chamber of Commerce and in 2022, Onicx Group ranked as the number 1 fastest growing UF alum company in the world.
