Ms. Elizabeth Frazier is the Executive Director of the Lightning Foundation and Senior Vice President of Philanthropy and Community Initiatives of the Tampa Bay Lightning. She has helped launch an organization-wide employee volunteer program called C.H.A.R.G.E and the launch of Community Heroes of Tomorrow program, another philanthropic group. Before working with the Lightning, Ms. Frazier worked as a director of multiple aspects at The SEED Foundation, a national nonprofit that provides education opportunities to underprivileged youth. She has a BA from Princeton and a Masters from the University of Virginia.
